Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Account Registration and Client Information
When you enroll in a coaching plan or submit a contact form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Skeletalnydraine immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Purchasing Coaching Products
All coaching products and services are subject to availability. Prices for our Foundation Session, Monthly Guided Plan, and Premium Coaching Bundle are listed on skeletalnydraine.world and are denominated in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already confirmed. Payment is due at the time of purchase or according to the billing schedule of your selected plan.
Foundation Session Terms
The Foundation Session is a one-time ninety-minute consultation. Scheduling is subject to coach availability. Cancellations made at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made with less than forty-eight hours notice may forfeit the session fee at our discretion.
Monthly Plan Terms
Monthly Guided Plan and Premium Coaching Bundle subscriptions require a minimum three-month commitment. Billing occurs on the same date each month. You may cancel your subscription by providing thirty days written notice after the minimum commitment period. Early cancellation during the minimum commitment period may result in fees as outlined in our Return Policy.
Session Scheduling and Attendance
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and your assigned coach. You agree to attend scheduled sessions promptly or provide at least twenty-four hours notice for rescheduling. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be counted as completed sessions and are non-refundable. Skeletalnydraine will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability outside standard coaching hours.
Intellectual Property
All content on skeletalnydraine.world, including text, graphics, logos, images, meal planning templates, worksheets, and coaching materials, is the property of Skeletalnydraine or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use coaching materials provided to you solely for your personal nutrition journey. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website or coaching programs without prior written consent from Skeletalnydraine.
Client Conduct
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during intake or coaching sessions
- Share coaching materials with third parties for commercial purposes
- Harass, abuse, or threaten our coaches or staff members
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other clients' information
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Record coaching sessions without prior written consent from Skeletalnydraine
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skeletalnydraine and its officers, directors, employees, coaches, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or nutrition coaching services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Skeletalnydraine for the specific coaching product giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skeletalnydraine and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
