This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and plan adjustments for all coaching products purchased through skeletalnydraine.world, including the Foundation Session, Monthly Guided Plan, and Premium Coaching Bundle.
General Policy Overview
Because our products consist primarily of personalized nutrition coaching services rather than physical goods, our return and refund policies differ from traditional retail return policies. Each coaching product has specific terms outlined below. We encourage you to review these terms carefully before purchasing any coaching plan from Skeletalnydraine.
Foundation Session
The Foundation Session is a one-time ninety-minute nutrition coaching consultation priced at $89. The following terms apply:
- Full refund available if you cancel at least forty-eight hours before your scheduled session
- Rescheduling is permitted once at no additional charge when requested at least forty-eight hours in advance
- Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable
- No-shows without prior notification forfeit the full session fee
- If Skeletalnydraine cancels your session due to coach unavailability, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost
To request a cancellation or refund for a Foundation Session, contact us with your booking confirmation details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days.
Monthly Guided Plan
The Monthly Guided Plan is a recurring subscription priced at $149 per month with a minimum three-month commitment. The following terms apply:
- The minimum three-month commitment begins on the date of your first coaching session
- During the minimum commitment period, early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused sessions or remaining months
- After the minimum commitment period, you may cancel with thirty days written notice
- Monthly billing continues until the cancellation effective date
- Unused sessions within a billing period do not roll over to subsequent months unless agreed upon in writing with your coach
- Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following thirty days notice
Monthly Plan Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your Monthly Guided Plan during the first fourteen days of your initial enrollment, you may request a prorated refund for unused sessions, minus a $25 administrative fee. This satisfaction guarantee applies only to first-time Monthly Guided Plan subscribers and must be requested within fourteen days of your first session date.
Premium Coaching Bundle
The Premium Coaching Bundle is a comprehensive coaching subscription priced at $299 per month with a minimum three-month commitment. The following terms apply:
- The minimum three-month commitment begins on the date of your first coaching session
- Early cancellation during the commitment period is subject to payment of fifty percent of remaining monthly fees
- After the minimum commitment period, cancellation requires thirty days written notice
- Virtual pantry review and restaurant guide toolkit materials are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once accessed
- Priority messaging access terminates upon cancellation effective date
Premium Plan Satisfaction Guarantee
Premium Coaching Bundle subscribers may request a full refund within seven days of their first session if they determine the plan does not meet their expectations, provided no additional sessions have been conducted and digital toolkit materials have not been downloaded. After seven days or after accessing digital materials, standard cancellation terms apply.
Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade from the Monthly Guided Plan to the Premium Coaching Bundle at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and billing is adjusted on a prorated basis for the current billing period. Downgrades from Premium to Monthly Guided Plan take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following thirty days written notice. Foundation Session clients who enroll in a monthly plan within thirty days of their session receive a $25 credit applied to their first monthly billing cycle.
Coach Change Requests
If you are dissatisfied with your assigned coach, Skeletalnydraine will make reasonable efforts to assign an alternative coach at no additional charge. Coach change requests must be submitted in writing with specific feedback about your experience. We typically process coach changes within five business days. Coach changes do not extend your commitment period or entitle you to refunds unless the issues raised constitute a material failure to deliver agreed-upon services.
Service Interruptions
If Skeletalnydraine is unable to deliver scheduled coaching sessions due to technical failures, coach illness, or other circumstances within our control, affected sessions will be rescheduled at no additional charge or credited to your account. Extended service interruptions exceeding fourteen consecutive days may entitle you to a prorated refund or contract extension at your discretion.
Digital Materials
Coaching plans include access to digital resources such as meal planning templates, grocery lists, worksheets, and educational guides. These materials are licensed for personal use during your active coaching relationship. Digital materials delivered as part of the Premium Coaching Bundle are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Upon cancellation, access to digital resource libraries is revoked within thirty days.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund, cancellation, plan change, or coach reassignment, contact Skeletalnydraine using the information below. Please include your full name, the coaching product purchased, date of purchase, and reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge all refund and cancellation requests within two business days and resolve them within ten business days.

- Transaction or confirmation reference number if available

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. Skeletalnydraine is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions. Partial refunds are calculated based on unused sessions or remaining service periods according to the terms of your specific coaching product.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our team may result in suspension of coaching services and denial of future enrollment. We will provide documentation of services rendered to payment processors in response to any disputed charges.
Exceptions
Skeletalnydraine may make exceptions to this Return Policy in cases of documented emergencies, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion. Exception requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. Promotional or discounted coaching packages may have modified return terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
